OUR REPAIR PROCESS

A clear process.
From inquiry to return.

Work begins with a review of the device and symptoms. Repairs proceed after the findings and written quote are approved.

  1. 01

    Submit your request

Share the model, symptoms, and repair history. Include quantities for a batch inquiry.

  2. 02

    Arrange shipment

Wait for intake confirmation, then send the hardware using the agreed packing instructions.

  3. 03

    Diagnose & repair

Review the diagnosis and quote. Approved component work follows a defined repair plan.

  4. 04

    Validate & return

Complete functional and load testing, document the outcome, and arrange secure return.

WHAT HAPPENS AT EACH STAGE

From receipt to release.

1. Receive & identify

Check the device against the intake details. Record visible condition and identify shipping damage, missing parts, or discrepancies before proceeding.

2. Inspect & diagnose

Review the board and reported fault. Start with unpowered checks, then use controlled electrical testing to narrow the cause.

3. Review the repair decision

Confirm the findings, proposed work, parts requirements, and validation plan. Obtain approval before repair or a material change in scope.

4. Perform component work

Use appropriate micro-soldering or controlled rework for the diagnosed fault. Record the affected locations and replacement details.

5. Inspect & reassemble

Review the repair site, cooling contact, and assembly condition. Define any additional joint inspection required for the package type.

6. Validate & document

Complete the agreed functional and load checks. Document the result and final disposition; unresolved findings return to review before release.

QUALITY & HANDLING

Protect the device.
Keep the record clear.

Handling and record requirements are part of the service plan, alongside the component work itself.

ESD-aware handling

Use appropriate electrostatic protection and device packaging. Keep disconnected components associated with the device during service.

Controlled rework

Match the repair method to the component and board condition. Review heating, alignment, and inspection requirements for the task.

Traceable disposition

Record repaired, unresolved, or out-of-scope status. Reconcile each device against its identification before return shipment.
