VALIDATION & DOCUMENTATION
A repair needs a defined test result
Recognition in the host is one checkpoint. The service plan also defines the checks relevant to the original fault, the test environment and the evidence delivered with the repair.
QUALITY CHECKPOINTS
From incoming condition to return
- 01
Inspection & electrical checks
Record the device condition and inspect relevant circuits before powered testing. Recheck the repaired area after rework.
- 02
NVIDIA diagnostics & load testing
Use NVIDIA-developed diagnostic software and supported memory, interconnect and load tests for the agreed configuration.
- 03
Final review & documentation
Review assembly condition and record the work, test conditions, results and return status for each device.
REPAIR RECORD
What your repair report includes
| Record | Included information |
|---|---|
| Device identification | Model, part number and the device identifier used for the repair. |
| Diagnostic findings | Reported symptom, reproduced behavior, relevant measurements and any unresolved observations. |
| Work performed | Approved repair scope and the components or board areas addressed. |
| Test conditions | Compatible platform, software context, workload and test duration as applicable. |
| Test outcome | Pass/fail or observed result against the agreed criteria, including any limitations. |
| Return and warranty | Return status and the coverage confirmed in the service agreement. |
WARRANTY
1–4-year warranty options
Tokdraw offers warranty options ranging from one to four years. The applicable duration, covered work and conditions are confirmed in the written repair agreement for each device or batch.
The quote and agreement define the repair scope, validation and warranty before work begins. Keep the device reference and repair report available for any follow-up inquiry.
TEST COVERAGE
Tests matched to your hardware
The appropriate load-test duration depends on the reported failure, GPU model and customer acceptance requirements. We record the test duration and conditions. A passing result applies to those conditions.
If the reported fault cannot be reproduced during diagnosis or a required test platform is unavailable, we document that limitation in the report. Additional package work or expanded testing requires a separate scope review.
