Repair service is available for the listed models, subject to inspection and parts availability. Confirm the manufacturer, exact model, memory capacity and part number at intake. Ti, SUPER and other board variants require a separate compatibility review.

AI COMPUTE CARDS

A100 and H100 PCIe versions

SXM4 and SXM5 modules are listed on the dedicated A100 and H100 pages; they are not PCIe add-in cards.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Three possible repair routes

01

Contact or local trace repair

For accessible damage with sound surrounding board material, assess pad reconstruction, edge-contact restoration or local trace repair.

02

PCB replacement & transfer

If local repair is not viable, assess moving serviceable GPU, memory and other required components to a compatible replacement PCB.

03

When repair is not viable

Severe multilayer damage, damaged silicon or lack of a suitable board can make repair impractical. Findings and return options are reviewed with you.

COMMON ISSUES

Faults we assess

Reported issueAssessment focus
Damaged PCIe contacts or PCBContacts, accessible traces and substrate condition to assess local repair or PCB transfer.
No power / no displayPower circuits, device detection and the display path where applicable.
Artifacts / instabilityMemory behavior, supporting circuits, temperature and stability under load.

WHAT TO SEND

Photos first, hardware after intake confirmation

Send the card manufacturer and exact model, quantity, clear photos of both sides of the board, and close-ups of the damaged area. Photographs help plan the assessment; a final repair route requires inspection.

A PCB transfer is not a guaranteed repair and does not imply that the original GPU or memory is undamaged.
